The above rental
charges are all inclusive, except for Pool and Spa
heating. They are
for the Villa, not per person, and are independent
of the number of guests (up to
a max. of 12).
· Additional nights are charged
pro-rata.

Stays of less than
7 nights will incur a cleaning charge of £50/$80.

A deposit of £100 /
$200 per week or part thereof, plus a completed booking form is required to
secure a booking. Your booking will be held for 7 days until your deposit is
received. If the booking is made within 8 weeks of the start of your
booking, the full amount is payable immediately.
A security deposit
of £150 / $250 is due along with the final balance 8 weeks prior to
arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection
from our management company.
GENEROUS DISCOUNTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR LATE BOOKINGS AND
FOR STAYS LONGER THAN TWO WEEKS.
NOTE: 2007 prices are: The same as for 2006 provided they
are booked before August 2006. Otherwise, please add an additional
5%.
