Please first check our ‘Availability Calendar’, by clicking on the button to see the availability of your required dates. Then to be sure, please telephone us on 856-307-1125 (in the USA) or e-mail us on TRWwedd@aol.com for confirmation that the dates are available.  Then just download the ‘On-Line Booking Form’ and E-Mail it to us and we will then contact you within 48 hours to confirm your booking, confirm costs and arrange payment details.

Payment can be by either a £ or US $ Cheque. Alternatively by Internet Bank transfer (details on request), or by Credit Card via PayPal (4% charge will be added). Receipts will be issued for all monies received.

We prefer payment by Cheque. If you wish to pay by Credit Card via PayPal please let us know, we will then issue you with a PayPal invoice via e-mail. If you wish to learn more about PayPal, then click 'click here'

Then take a copy of our ‘Postal Booking Form’,  fill in all the required details, and forward it to us with the required deposit. After receipt we will send you both a confirmation and a receipt for the deposit.

Not got flights arranged yet? We will hold a provisional booking for up to three days, if you e-mail or telephone us, whilst you arrange flights. After this time a completed booking form and deposit will be required to confirm the dates. Click here to obtain help with booking Flights or Car Hire.
